About us

The Gathering Guru Events was founded in Rohtak, Haryana, and has spent the last four years doing one thing: moving groups of people to places that matter to them, without anything going wrong.

That covers two kinds of journey. There are our public group departures — Khatu Shyam Ji, Kedarnath, Ujjain, Vaishno Devi, Shimla and Manali — that anyone can book a seat on. And there are the private group events we run for companies and networks, where a hundred achievers travel together with their organisation’s name on the banner.

How we work

Every hotel is checked before a group arrives. Every coach is inspected before it leaves. A coordinator from our team travels with the group for the entire trip, so there is always someone to turn to — not a phone number in another city.
