Cancellation & refunds

If you cancel

Thirty days or more before departure: the booking amount is retained and the balance refunded.
Fifteen to twenty-nine days: fifty per cent of the package is retained.
Seven to fourteen days: seventy-five per cent of the package is retained.
Less than seven days: no refund.

Transferring your seat

Up to seven days before departure you may transfer your seat to another person at no charge. Send us the new traveller’s name and ID details on WhatsApp.

If we cancel

If we cancel a departure for any reason — including not reaching the minimum group size — you may take a full refund or move to any other date. The choice is yours.

Weather and force majeure

If a trip is cut short or rerouted because of weather, landslides, government orders or similar events, we refund whatever we are able to recover from hotels and transporters. We cannot refund services already used.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten working days to the account the payment came from.
