Terms & conditions

Booking

A seat is confirmed only once the booking amount is received. The amount differs by trip and is stated on each trip page. The balance is payable before departure unless agreed otherwise in writing. Every traveller must carry a valid government photo ID.

Pricing

Prices are per person and cover only what is listed under What’s included on that trip. Prices may change for departures not yet booked; a confirmed booking is never repriced. Child charges follow the child policy shown on each trip.

During the trip

Itineraries may be reordered on the ground for weather, road conditions, temple crowd control or administration orders. We will always tell you why. Travellers are expected to keep to group timings. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted on our pilgrimage departures.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, landslides, traffic, strikes, government orders or other events outside our control. Personal belongings remain the traveller’s responsibility. Travellers with medical conditions must inform us before booking, particularly for high-altitude trips.
